- A high level of computer literacy Keen interest in working in the ICT industry.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are desirable.
- Problem-solving skills Good colour vision To actively participate in course activities learners must have access to a computer with broadband Internet access.
- Experience in using web-based learning systems is an advantage.
- Ability to be dexterous in dealing with various IT devices.
