Course Overview

The purpose of this award is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skill, and competence in the principles and practice of the law and legislation as applicable to business practice to enable the learner to work independently and or supervise the work of others in a business context and or to progress to higher education and training.

This course will run Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.

 

 

What will I study?

  • Business Law (6N4045) 

Why should I apply?

• Examine the history of Irish and European Union law
• Assess the Irish Court system to include a review of its jurisdiction, the trial process, the law of evidence, and the doctrine of precedent
• Explore Acts of Legislation associated with Property Law and their impact on the rights of owners and tenants
• Research Irish Banking, Consumer, Commercial, Company, Health and Safety and Media law

What are the fees?
