WORLDSKILLS IRELAND 2022 13th – 15th September at the RDS

Offering a unique opportunity to learn about different industries, discover exciting job pathways and options for a vocation in the skills and trade industry, this is a fantastic event for Kerry College to support employees of the future.

Our Admissions Team will be at stand S10 & S11 and are excited to be showcasing our NEW Wind Turbine Maintenance Technician (WTMT) Apprenticeship as well as our Commis Chef and Stone Cutting and Stone Masonry Apprenticeship, based at the ETB Green Technologies Demo area, Stone Masonry Demo area and Restaurant area.

Based at the TV Studio, our Broadcast Production Skills learners, along with their instructor Brian Nolan, will be operating live streaming of each day’s activities and the awards event, as well as covering all social media for the 3 day event. RTE’s Brian Hurley will present live segments. This is a huge high-level partnership for Kerry College and the WorldSkills, Ireland Competition.

We wish the very best of luck to two of our Kerry College Instructors, Tom Cronin for Mechanical Automotive Maintenance Fitter Apprenticeship (MAMF) and Tara O Halloran for Beauty Therapy who are national experts in their respective fields.
