“WORK” – an exhibition of work by Kerry College Creative Arts learners at Siamsa Tíre
“Work” – an exhibition by the Creative Arts Department of Kerry College, Clash Campus is showing projects from various courses such as Art, Craft & Design, Animation, Digital Design & Vis. Comm., and Games Design.
This is a celebration of the students and of their year’s endeavour as well as an opportunity for the public to enjoy the innovation of this new generation of creatives.
The exhibit launched yesterday evening to a wonderful turnout of learners, staff, friends, and family. Learners from the Music Performance and Music Technology courses launched their own CD “Room 14” at the opening last night and also performed at the event.
“The exhibition is a mixture of paintings, sculptures, art design, poster and book cover designs, woodwork and examples of games design”, said teacher Mary Kirby.
The exhibition is open until Tuesday May 10th and is free to the public. Please visit Siamsa Tíre website www.siamsatire.com for opening times.
