Kerry College is delighted to announce the much-anticipated Open Week 2024, offering an exciting opportunity for prospective learners and their families to explore the renowned education, training, and support that our college has to offer across our Killorglin, Listowel, and Tralee based campuses.

From February 19th to 23rd, Kerry College will open its doors to all those eager to learn about the diverse range of courses, state-of-the-art facilities, and supportive community that sets us apart. This event is a not-to-be-missed chance for aspiring learners to gain first-hand experience and insight into the life changing journey that awaits them at Kerry College.

Have you ever wondered what it feels like to be inside a Wind Turbine; or surf the Wild Atlantic waves? Enjoy a range of interactive demos, experience virtual reality sessions, and immerse yourself in an area you wish to explore! Engage with our education and training team. Gain valuable insights into our wide range of programmes, from cutting-edge technology courses to skills based programmes to the arts and humanities.

Take a guided tour of campus facilities and meet current learners. Experience firsthand all the information and advice they have to offer. Learn about our strong industry partnerships and the numerous opportunities for work experience and career development, which set our learners on the path to success.

Monavalley Campus Events

Enjoy our ‘Further Options’ event on Monday 19th February between 5.30pm-8pm at our Monavalley Campus where you can explore a diverse range of courses and apprenticeships and gain insights into potential career paths.

Listowel Campus Events

You will be spoiled for choice as Listowel Campus hosts many guest speakers on Thursday 22nd between 5pm-7pm.

  • Katie Hannon, RTE journalist, radio and host of her own self-titled weekly current affairs television programme. (Listowel Main Campus, 6pm-7pm)
  • Entrepreneur Lizzy Lyons, Head Chef and a regular on Ireland AM’s cookery slot. (Listowel Main Campus, 5pm-6pm)
  • Tracey Grimes, boasting over 9 years of expertise, serves as one of Ireland’s Head Educators for Pre-Bonded & Tape Hair Extensions and will be on site. (Listowel Hairdressing Building, 5pm-6pm)

Killorglin Campus Events

Killarney Events 

Join us for the Killarney Open Day at 25 High Street, Killarney on Wednesday 21st February between 10am and 6pm.  Connect with the Admissions Team, Current Learners, Teachers, Instructors, the Apprenticeship Team, the Business Support Unit, Representatives from our Pathways Programmes, and many more! Come along to find out about the suite of full-time and part-time courses available in Killarney. Furthermore, find out about transport, childcare and financial supports available to help you access your Kerry College journey to success.

Our door is open to everyone – including school tours, parents/guardians and walk-ins. It is a chance for parents, school leavers, job seekers, career changers, those who wish to re-skill or up-skill, and guidance professionals to see the range of full-time and part-time courses for employment, college progression, professional development, and apprenticeships on offer.
